Lead Recruiting & Operations Specialist at Suna Solutions

Contract Duration: 8 months
Are you a dynamic, organized, and creative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of strategy and design? We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead innovative campaigns and bring big ideas to life.
In this hybrid role based in Draper, Utah, you’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to ensure every deliverable meets both creative excellence and business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Own the process: Lead and manage creative projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to translate client goals into compelling creative solutions.
- Be the client champion: Serve as the main point of contact for clients—providing updates, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback.
- Problem-solve proactively: Anticipate and address bottlenecks, balance creative and business priorities, and upscale when needed.
- Drive results: Keep projects aligned, on time, and on budget while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management, ideally within an in‑house creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana (or similar software).
- Exceptional communication skills—you can clearly present ideas, influence decisions, and build trust with stakeholders.
- Proven multitasker—you thrive managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong leadership abilities—you know how to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams toward shared goals.
