Description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Data & Insights Specialist to own end-to-end measurement, automated reporting, and analytics for Marketing Ops workflows and channels (web, email, notifications, SEO, etc.). In this role, you will define the data logic and structure that power automated operational dashboards, and turn insights into tangible workflow and channel improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance. You’ll also analyze experiments, investigate trends, and partner with stakeholders to ensure insights are implemented and deliver measurable impact. As our analytics foundation matures, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next phase of AI‑enhanced capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain standardized KPIs and measurement logic for Marketing Ops
  • Build and automate Tableau dashboards on Snowflake to visualize operational health, workflow efficiency, and channel metrics
  • Develop validation and monitoring checks to ensure data quality and detect workflow or delivery issues
  • Conduct deep‑drive analyses on operational and channel trends to identify efficiency opportunities and optimization levers
  • Support experiment design, testing, and analysis to measure the impact of changes
  • Engineer and enrich datasets with advanced attributes that fuel predictive capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize insights through process improvements and data‑informed decisions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with hands‑on experience querying and modeling data in Snowflake
  • Strong expertise in Tableau for building and automating dashboards and reports
  • Experience developing data automation or quality checks using SQL or Python
  • Demonstrated experience translating insights into optimizations and scaling data‑driven initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor outputs for both operational and senior audiences
  • Proven ability to measure operational health and channel performance, including experiment design and analysis
  • Background in marketing operations analytics, campaign delivery, or workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze
  • Experience building or maintaining predictive or propensity models that inform channel or workflow optimization
  • Knowledge of data quality management, anomaly detection, or automated alerting systems
  • BA/BS — preference for degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
