Project Manager With MS Teams / Zoom / Audio Visual Experience – NYC

We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing collaboration services projects. The role focuses on MS Teams, Zoom, and AV meeting room equipment/services in a hybrid workplace environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Proven 3-5 years in a collaboration services Project Manager role
• Knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom and Audio visual meeting room equipment/services
• Lead planning, assessments, and implementation of key digital projects within collaboration platforms
• Prioritize and work under pressure
• Strong familiarity with Hybrid and Agile frameworks – Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban
• Scrum Master certification and agile project management experience a plus
• Proactive execution, collaborating with global stakeholders
• Well organized, self‑motivated, with strong attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail in creating comprehensive project documentation
• Understanding of network infrastructure, IP addressing and ability to troubleshoot network related issues affecting AV
• Skills: Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, CAD
