Cypress Creek is seeking an experienced Tax Credit Property Manager with 5+ years of LIHTC property management to lead our Cookeville, TN community.

• Oversee all daily operations & staff

What We Need

• 5+ years tax credit/LIHTC management experience
• Knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing & compliance regulations
• Strong leadership & communication skills
