About the Role

As a Content Strategist, you will be at the heart of our client's user experience team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring content is seamlessly integrated into the brand and user experience. You will be instrumental in setting strategic guidelines for content creation and maintenance, influencing how information is presented and consumed. This dynamic position offers the chance to lead critical initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and see your strategies come to life, directly contributing to the brand's success and user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the definition, inventory, migration, governance, and quality assurance of all necessary content.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for content migration and rationalization, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Consult on and craft compelling communications, translating complex ideas into clear, user-friendly messages.
  • Provide expert guidance to team members on communication plan specifics, including delivery timing, distribution channels, and overarching messaging.
  • Define and implement ongoing communication strategies to support changes for niche user groups and across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to steward and drive the execution of overall plans, including engagement and training initiatives.
  • Develop diverse content deliverables for communication plans, such as emails, newsletters, presentations, quick reference cards, and website articles.
  • Contribute to various team projects, including forums, videos, and articles, expanding the reach and impact of content.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
  • A strong background in Journalism or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing research projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to write impactful articles and reports.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (oral, written, listening, and interviewing).
  • A natural talent for storytelling, capable of simplifying complex messages and adapting narratives from micro to macro perspectives.
  • Highly collaborative, thriving in team environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large volumes of data.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills, especially when managing vast amounts of information.
