$55.00/hr - $62.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Creative Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of internal creative marketing agency and creative resources including writers, designers, and editors.
  • Manage editorial calendars, campaign timelines, and production schedules across brands and therapeutic areas.
  • Coordinate resources involved with intake, prioritization, and assignment of creative requests across the team.

Process Development & Optimization:

  • Develop and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and clarity
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, risks, and cross-functional issues.
  • Support departmental initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and scalability.

Project Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor progress of creative projects, ensuring alignment with overall scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track team performance and project status.
  • Communicate updates and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to review project status, share updates, establish weekly priority projects, and reinforce process adherence.
  • Act as escalation point for any production issues, working cross-functionally to resolve.

Content Oversight:

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs by establishing quality standards and procedures.
  • Support content planning and editorial strategy in partnership with brand leads, account managers, and project coordinators.
  • Maintain documentation and guidelines for content production standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process management, creative operations, or content production.
  • Experience in agency or in-house creative environments preferred.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is a preferred.
  • Project Management Certification required, SCRUM master or Agile preferred.
