The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing daily short-form videos, posts, and carousels tailored to a German-speaking audience in the DACH region and international expats. You will play a key role in content scheduling, campaign management for lead generation, and fostering community engagement by responding to audience interactions in flawless German. This is a long-term, part-time freelance opportunity, with a preference for candidates based in Eastern Europe.

Deliverables

• Create and edit high-quality, German-language content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Produce daily short-form videos, posts, and carousels optimized for each platform
• Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting
• Execute and monitor social media campaigns focused on lead generation
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages in German
• Track and report on content performance and audience growth

Requirements

• Proven experience growing audiences on Instagram and TikTok
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Native or C1-level fluency in written and spoken German
• Communicative English skills
• Demonstrated reliability in delivering a consistent content plan
• Experience with content scheduling and campaign management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
