Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to manage Soake Pools’ social media presence and SEO efforts. This role will shape how the brand shows up online, crafting engaging content across all channels and ensuring our website and digital materials are optimized for visibility and growth. This person will be based at our newly built Experience Center and Outdoor Showroom in Pembroke, New Hampshire.

You’ll collaborate with our Director of Marketing and Co‑Founder to create engaging social posts, capture stories from real Soake projects and deliveries, and implement SEO strategies that drive traffic and leads. You should be equally comfortable behind a camera, inside a CRM (HubSpot), or exploring new AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management – Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• SEO Strategy & Execution – Optimize web content, blogs, and landing pages; manage keyword research and performance tracking in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
• Content Creation – Write captions, design visuals (using Canva, Adobe, or similar), and produce short‑form videos and Reels.
• Analytics & Reporting – Monitor engagement, traffic, and conversions; provide monthly performance insights and recommendations alongside the Director of Marketing.
• AI‑Driven Content Development – Explore and implement AI tools for copywriting, image editing, and SEO optimization to streamline workflows.
• Brand Storytelling – Capture the Soake lifestyle through photography, video, and customer stories; ensure consistent brand voice and tone.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Co‑Founder and PR teams on campaigns, influencer partnerships, and new product launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (preferably in the design, wellness, or luxury home sector).
• Proven understanding of SEO fundamentals, analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience managing multi‑channel social media accounts and content calendars.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools or an enthusiasm for learning how to leverage them creatively.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, photographers, and contractors to bring stories to life.
• Valid driver’s license as content is shot at the Experience Center and on‑site at deliveries, start‑ups across New England.
