Supports consistent brand messaging across our system and injects fresh perspective to the organization's storytelling. Essential Functions: -Lead design projects and ensure that all designs meet the company's standards for quality and effectiveness -Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital materials -Understand the brand policies to guide and consult with internal clients across the system -Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business requirements and project goals -Ensure that all designs are produced within specified deadlines and budgets -Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as needed -Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that designs remain relevant and effective -Contribute to the development of design policies and procedures as needed -Provide design support for special projects and events as needed**Qualifications****Education*** Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field of study required* Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree**Experience*** 2+ years of experience in graphic design required**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*** Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.* Ability to lead design projects and provide guidance to junior designers.* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A keen aesthetic eye and strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise across all media.* Skilled in related software.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Additional Job Details (if applicable)****Remote Type**Remote**Work Location**399 Revolution Drive**Scheduled Weekly Hours**40**Employee Type**Regular**Work Shift**Day (United States of America)**Pay Range**$30.00 - $43.63/Hourly**Grade**6At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
