Position Summary
The (USA) Senior Graphic Designer leads the creation and execution of graphic artwork for private label apparel brands, ensuring alignment with seasonal strategies and business objectives. This role involves managing cross‑functional collaboration, overseeing project timelines, and driving the development of innovative visual concepts through research and trend analysis. The position requires strong leadership in mentoring team members, fostering a high‑performance environment, and maintaining adherence to company policies and ethical standards. The Senior Graphic Designer contributes to continuous improvement efforts while supporting business goals and delivering impactful design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and complete graphic artwork for private label apparel, including colorways and size placement guidance aligned with line plan requirements.
- Manage cross‑functional communication to align graphic strategy, incorporating feedback and addressing challenges to support business performance.
- Conduct seasonal research and develop graphic concepts through market analysis and trend review.
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting performance to meet objectives.
- Provide supervision, training, and mentoring to associates, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in graphic design with strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute seasonal graphic concepts aligned with brand strategies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross‑functionally and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities including mentoring, training, and performance management of team members.
- Ability to analyze business needs and adjust plans to improve efficiency and achieve objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or related field and 3 years’ experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area.
