Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a News Producer located in Jacksonville, FL. The News Producer will be responsible for producing newscasts, writing news scripts, coordinating with news reporters and anchors, and overseeing the broadcast production. They will also manage news content, ensure the smooth operation of live broadcasts, and work closely with the editorial team to deliver timely and accurate news.

Qualifications

• Expertise in News Production and Broadcast Television is required
• Strong News Writing and general Writing skills needed
• Experience in Broadcasting and live news broadcast operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with newsroom software and digital content production is a plus
