Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Public Relations Specialist. As a Public Relations Specialist at OurLegacy, you will be responsible for public education presentations, registry campaigns, community partnerships, creating and distributing press releases, building and maintaining relationships with the media, and executing strategic marketing and community engagement campaigns that build the organ donor registry. This is an on-site role located in Maitland, Florida and serves 10-counties of Central Florida.
Qualifications

- Excellent presentation skills with heart of a storyteller
- Experience in Press Release Distribution, Public Relations, and Media Relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic communication and marketing plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with the media
- Experience in strategic communications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications
