ASCENDtials assists those in the BIPOC community in dismantling institutionalized Isms within the U.S. workforce by offering workshops that empower them. Our non‑profit organization focuses on building cosmic consciousness through our experiential learning programs, healing sessions, and workshops, and environmental programs so that they can successfully advocate for humanity and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and write marketing copy for online content and direct mail advertising.
• Write copy for our programs and offerings.
• Write copy for e‑mail marketing campaigns.
• Write news releases, letters of response, etc., as required.
• Format copy according to a style guide while adhering to the internal review process.
• Proofread and edit as necessary.

Research

• Research customer stories for case studies and evidence.
• Research and communicate with new affiliate sources like bloggers and social media personalities.
• Request information from new media sources.
• Observe products/services in use and examine them to gain understanding; have strong product knowledge.
