Overview
Lead Generator role at Great Day Improvements (Your Home Improvement Company). This part-time position supports events, fairs, and festivals in the Twin Cities, promoting our home improvement, design, and remodeling services. You will set up and tear down the promotional booth and engage homeowners to spread awareness of our services. Local travel is paid, and bonuses may be earned on top of hourly pay. No experience is required; award-winning marketing training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down the promotional booth at events, fairs, and festivals.
- Chat with homeowners to generate interest and goodwill for our services.
- Represent the company in a professional, energetic, and coachable manner.
- Travel locally to events; transportation arrangements are reimbursed when applicable.
- Support promotional activities and promotional booth operations as directed.
Qualifications
- Own reliable transportation & valid driver's license (local travel reimbursed).
- Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.
- Ability to set up and tear down the booth.
- Open weekend availability.
- 18 years of age or older.
Job Details
- Pay: $20.00 per hour + bonuses with opportunity for advancement.
- Expected hours: 20-30 hours per week.
- Schedule: Varies by event; open days, evenings, and weekends required.
