Rossen Reports is exploding in growth — 1.5 million+ subscribers across platforms — and we’re looking for a sharp, creative Producer who can help take our LIVE show to the next level. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands the rhythm and flow of a live show and can craft tight, compelling consumer segments that keep viewers watching.

What You’ll Do

• Build and produce a 30–40 minute YouTube Live show from top to bottom multiple days each week.
• Pitch, research, and develop strong consumer‑driven segments in the Rossen Reports style.
• Book and pre‑interview guests, including video guests, experts, real consumers, and newsmakers.
• Gather visuals, pull video, verify facts, and chase all elements needed for high‑impact stories.
• Stack, write, and time out the rundown, collaborating directly with Jeff.
• Identify trending topics in real time and quickly shape them into segments.
• Work hybrid: prep remotely, but be in‑person for the actual live shows in the West Palm Beach/Boca Raton area.
