Job Title

Licensed Insurance Producer (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Pay Details

• Hourly Base Pay: $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience).
• Bonus: Additional performance-based bonuses may apply.
• Commission Structure:
• For any sales revenue over $15,000, you earn 2% commission on the amount above $15K.
• Once you reach $100,000 in sales, your commission rate increases to 3% on the amount above $100K.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our dynamic team in Miami. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with at least 1+ year of experience in a licensed agency environment. You will work in a hybrid call center setting alongside a team of 19+ professionals, focusing on new business, renewals, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and service Property & Casualty and Life Insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage referrals and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Accurately process applications, endorsements, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Active 2-20 or 4-40 Florida Insurance License.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be fluent in both languages.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed insurance agency.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products; Life insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
