General Summary and Purpose: The Channel Marketing Manager will help develop and execute marketing strategies to support Victory Capital's distribution channels. Specifically, this role will support the Direct, RIA and Retirement businesses. This role works closely with other marketing colleagues and stakeholders to implement programs that connect the firm’s initiatives with our marketing efforts. You will assist with the strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing programs to support the sale of key products. This includes updating monthly and quarterly collateral, developing new collateral, executing marketing campaigns and contributing to innovative ideas and recommendations for the channels.

You will report to the Channel Marketing Associate Director.

You will:

Manage and implement marketing programs to increase sales activity.

Conduct multi-media campaigns; analyze and optimize campaign data.

Maintain strong relationships with the direct, RIA and retirement channel sales organizations, and with key stakeholders and influencers across the organization.

Understand products, industry topics and content development in order to maintain standards put forth by the company and industry.

Execute monthly, quarterly and ad hoc product collateral updates.

Measure each initiative, track progress and report results to leadership.

Partner with sales management to translate business objectives into marketing initiatives and ensure best use of existing resources and budget.

Aid product launches and product changes; develop related project plans and client communications.

Coordinate compliance and legal review of marketing deliverables

Other special projects as required

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business

5+ years of experience in a marketing or channel marketing role

Demonstrated success developing marketing programs; asset management or financial services experience is preferred

Experience working with direct, RIA or retirement audiences is a plus

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy across deliverables

Proven ability to successfully build internal and external business relationships

Ability to set goals, work independently and drive results

Target Compensation: The target base salary range for this position is $96,050 - 113,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
