We are seeking a visionary Creative Director for the Haircare & Skincare brands to craft compelling product stories across packaging, digital, social, and more. Role Overview

As Creative Director – Copy for Shark Beauty, you will shape and execute the brand’s creative vision across both categories, driving product propositions, packaging, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver stories that resonate globally. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Art Creative Director to develop and implement the brand’s tone of voice, beauty POV, and overall language. Develop and maintain a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with brand values and business goals. Create big ideas for product launches and translate features into compelling propositions. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering risk‑taking and innovation. Champion AI tools and guide the team in leveraging new technologies. Craft narratives that showcase Shark Beauty’s innovation and benefits. Work with Product Development, Engineering, CI, and Marketing to ensure stories reach all consumer touchpoints. Iterate and pivot throughout the creative process to deliver high impact work. Oversee packaging design and development to align with product story and brand aesthetics. Drive upper‑funnel digital and social campaigns, including paid media, organic content, and influencer collaborations. Leverage consumer insights to create engaging, shareable content that builds awareness. Manage relationships with external agencies and creative vendors. Collaborate in a fast‑paced, highly creative environment. Lead the creative direction for a growing brand with a global presence. Travel weekly to HQ in Massachusetts if based in NYC. Qualifications & Skills

10+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in beauty, consumer products, or lifestyle brands. Proven expertise in product storytelling, packaging design, and digital/social campaigns. Strong portfolio of innovative, impactful creative work. In‑depth knowledge of beauty consumer trends and digital marketing strategies. Exceptional leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to inspire creativity. Excellent communication and presentation skills; articulate concepts clearly to stakeholders. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and strategic, with a hands‑on approach to execution. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and emerging creative technologies. Our Culture

Salary range: $121,100 – $238,100 USD.
