Throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes—you’ll envision how people will experience our products, and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. Responsibilities Partner with User Experience (UX) Research on hypotheses and participate in sessions. Translate research insights into validated design concepts and contribute to product and experience strategies. Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards and presentations, low and high‑fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specs, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Collaborate across Sellside and Ads UX teams to contribute to UX goals and strategy, generating buy‑in. Use design as a means of exploring both near‑term user needs and long‑term goals, from evolving today’s in‑product features to visions that leapfrog the current product path. Communicate proposals and visions at various stages of the product development process with design artifacts and presentations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience working in a cross‑functional organization. Experience partnering with User Experience Researcher (UXR) to amplify research and bring impact to the product. Experience working on enterprise grade platforms. Ability to lead in an ambiguous space working to define methods and approaches. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and test partners and stakeholders with new product design thinking. Compensation US base salary range for this full‑time position is $129,000‑$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
