External Summary: The Live Action team of our AI Studio is seeking Creative Executives across all experience levels. We are looking for technology-forward creative and production leaders responsible for the production of GenAI live-action projects. These roles combine deep traditional production experience with cutting-edge GenAI artistry, enabling us to achieve final pixel delivery with cinematic results. Key Responsibilities Pioneering Execution: Supervise and own the end-to-end creative production process, translating creative vision into tangible assets using Generative AI tools (e.g., video, image, 3D) for live‑action projects. Workflow Development: Collaborate with senior staff to optimize and streamline new AI‑driven workflows across pre‑production (concept visualization, storyboarding) and post‑production (digital effects, compositing, asset generation). Aesthetic & Quality Control: Adapt traditional filmmaking expertise (digital effects, creative direction, composition) to ensure visual continuity, high fidelity, and cinematic quality in all AI‑generated content. Technical Proficiency: Maintain high proficiency in both legacy industry software and emerging generative tools; troubleshoot technical pipelines and ensure smooth asset transfer. Creative R&D: Actively research, test, and document new generative models and techniques to expand the division's creative and technical capabilities. Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with Directors, VFX Supervisors, and traditional production teams to integrate AI assets effectively and ethically into the final image. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of creative executive experience. 5+ years of content creation or copy editing, including online publishing experience. Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs. Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production, and post‑production. Experience working as a producer, creative executive, or a similar role. Proven ability to execute creative work, seamlessly blending traditional artistic judgment with technical proficiency in generative AI tools. Proficiency in industry‑standard creative software (e.g., Nuke, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, 3D suites) plus command of current GenAI platforms (video, image, and 3D generation tools). Exceptional aesthetic judgment, composition, and visual storytelling skills, demonstrated through a professional portfolio of executed projects. Ability to rapidly troubleshoot and optimize complex technical and creative pipelines under ambitious project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Advanced mastery of specialized GenAI techniques, such as custom model fine‑tuning, photorealistic control, or complex temporal continuity across shots. Experience with workflow automation and technical pipeline scripting (e.g., Python). Strong understanding of data governance, intellectual property (IP) issues, and ethical considerations surrounding generative media in a studio environment. Previous experience guiding or mentoring creative teams on the integration of new technologies. History of contributing to R&D or piloting new production methodologies.
