The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant agency or in-house experience across a diverse roster of beauty and fashion brands. Candidates must have strong communication (written + verbal) and organizational skills and a natural passion for the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries. LION’s team is creative, innovative, and savvy on how to reach consumer from all angles and the new candidate must be able to develop intelligent strategies to do the same. Candidate must be TikTok and social media savvy and have a passion for identifying creators to work with across its diverse clientele. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to Work directly under and report to the Account Executives Maintain immaculate client reports, press trackers and alike Oversee client press clippings and event recaps Take ownership of product request forms and coordinate samples to editors, influencers and alike Monitor press and social channels daily for placements as well as trend forecasting Participate in team brainstorms and come up with pitch ideas and influencer targets across the brands Create social media target/ creator target lists for seeding and paid engagement across clients The right candidate must have Knowledge and passion for the beauty and fashion industry Strong communications skills (writing and verbal) Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Exchange & G Suite Willingness to learn Work well within a team – NO drama! 1-2 years of relevant experience Benefits include 100% medical & dental coverage 401K plan Bonus & Commissions Summer Friday Hours Creative, fun and drama free environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
