Marketing Specialist at Quest Industrial (a subsidiary of ProMach, Middleton or Monroe, WI)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who can write and execute high‑impact marketing content across multiple mediums to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. The role involves supporting integrated marketing activities, managing campaign development, and fostering relationships with key vendors and media outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns via public relations, advertising, events, and digital marketing.
  • Manage marketing budget in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Direct digital marketing strategy, including content for websites, blogs, landing pages, microsites, SEO, PPC, remarketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop, schedule, and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, photos, videos, and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, producing press releases, articles, white papers, case studies, and opinions to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Manage advertising insertion orders and materials with industry publications.
  • Maintain relationships with key trade publications, online directories, and other media outlets.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across print, digital, documentation, machinery, and apparel.
  • Coordinate agency/vendor relationships for branding, advertising, search marketing, and public relations.
  • Coordinate machinery photography and videography shoots, including editing assets for print and digital uses.
  • Collaborate with product brand sales teams to leverage the CRM system more effectively.
  • Drive implementation of marketing automation software and email marketing to generate leads and revenue.
  • Lead product marketing launches to ensure commercial success of new products and solutions.
  • Plan logistics, communications, and reporting for events and trade shows.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of management and sales meetings.
  • Create and drive aftermarket marketing campaigns to promote parts and service sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (3‑5 years experience), preferably in packaging or B2B.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, preferably Pardot.
  • Experience with AI‑generated content (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and design skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Self‑directed and works well in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
