Description
We are seeking a dynamic, business‑savvy, sales‑oriented professional to join The N Brand Agency . This client‑facing role focuses on building and nurturing brand partnerships across The N Brand and Just N Life , transforming brand interest into measurable results.
Core Responsibilities
Prospect & Pitch: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, PR agencies, and media partners; create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure partnerships.
Develop Strategic Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships, nurturing leads from initial contact through onboarding and execution.
Proposal Creation: Assist in developing custom collaboration packages, partnership decks, and sponsorship proposals that align with client goals and campaign objectives.
Sales Support: Work closely with the CEO and agency leads to align partnership strategies with business development targets.
Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of collaborations across editorial, social, digital, and experiential channels.
Client Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners, ensuring deliverables are met and expectations exceeded.
Research & Insights: Track brand categories, market trends, and competitive partnerships to uncover new verticals and opportunities.
CRM Management: Use CRM to manage leads, update client cards, and track progress throughout the sales and campaign cycle.
Reporting: Prepare partnership recaps, analytics, and performance reports post‑campaign.
Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner with the editorial, social media, and marketing teams to ensure all partner messaging aligns with brand voice and goals.
