Senior Design Lead with Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer
Job Summary
The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing Simulation team and overseeing Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation using Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer. The primary focus will be on designing and optimizing manufacturing processes through simulation technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team in conducting manufacturing simulation to optimize production processes.
Develop and implement simulation proc/design/layout/validation strategies to improve manufacturing operations.
Utilize Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer for creating layouts and validating manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of simulation solutions.
Analyze simulation data and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing simulation technologies.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in manufacturing simulation software.
Strong knowledge of simulation proc/design/layout/validation techniques.
Experience with Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Degree in engineering or related field.
Certifications: Certification in Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer is preferred.
