Your role will be to create a partnership with both internal and external groups and resources to create a robust and versatile team that can work through challenging circumstances and meet absolute deadlines.
To thrive in this position, you will need to have strong project management skills, and the ability to organize and manage numerous and disparate projects within the same timeframe. You will need a working knowledge of common marketing theories, such as branding, customer relationship management platforms, presentation techniques, and lead generation. You will be expected to work with multiple departments to gather information and feedback; study, learn and understand markets/industries, products and processes; and implement programs and systems as directed. The marketing project manager must have the capability of working independently toward identified goals and must be able to provide accurate forward-looking reporting of progress.
Essential Functions
- National and Regional Trade Show Management
- Managing budgets, travel, logistics, scheduling of regional shows, as well as onsite services, as needed.
- National Trade Show: Working with the team to establish a theme, implementing the theme throughout all components of the show, including booth graphics and design, advertising, promotional items, social media and related show events. Onsite installation and dismantle of booth. Scheduling of team members, hotel, travel, registration, and training prior to show. Scheduling and oversight of all equipment preparation and logistics to/from the show. Coordinating sponsorships and volunteer participation in pre-show activities and events. Coordinating and managing company sponsored reception for our manufacturers reps in its entirety, to include venue selection, menu selection, promotional items, invitation, and registration process. Responsible for lead management and follow-up post-show.
- Global Management of all Marketing Projects and Programs
- Develop and manage timelines and schedules.
- Complete individual marketing projects, as assigned.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive reporting to the marketing team.
- Manage marketing budget.
- Management of Meetings and Company Events
- Planning, management and budgeting for Rep Council, National Sales Meeting, Quarterly Sales & Marketing meetings, and community-based events and activities. Provide support for other events, as needed.
- Marketing Asset Management
- Responsible for demo trailer, demo equipment, tradeshow materials, promotional items (research, design, order, and inventory), all print materials, as well as any other assets related to marketing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- College Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, sales or equivalent years of experience.
Experience
- REQUIRED: 3 years experience managing all the all the steps of multiple projects.
- REQUIRED: Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point

- Travel and overnight stays are required at times, however less than 20% of the time.
- Site visits may require the ability to climb stairs, long distance walking over steep or uneven terrain and standing for long periods of time.
