As a Content Producer on the Creative Production team, you will capture and create engaging still and video content for social, digital, and broader marketing initiatives across Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market. This role blends on-set content capture, light-to-mid–level editing, and producer support to bring creative ideas to life. You’ll collaborate with social, creative, and production partners to deliver on‑brief content that meets brand and campaign needs.
Key job responsibilities
Concept, capture, and produce still and video content that reflects brand standards for Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh.
Film short‑form videos using mobile and professional equipment; perform light‑to‑mid‑level edits when needed.
Identify and seize opportunities for social‑first content capture during campaign productions.
Support pre‑production efforts – building shot lists, storyboards, schedules, and coordinating small‑scale logistics.
Partner with internal and external editors, package organized footage, notes, and selects to streamline post‑production.
Collaborate with Creative, Social, and cross‑functional partners to turn insights and trends into compelling content.
Maintain an organized archive of raw footage, selects, and final assets for reuse and repurposing.
Represent Creative Production professionally with vendors, on set, and in cross‑team settings.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong proficiency with cameras, lighting, and audio gear for both still and video capture.
Working knowledge of editing software; capable of assembling short‑form content.
Understanding of social media platforms – especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook – and best practices for social‑first content.
Ability to direct on‑screen talent and support production logistics across various shooting environments.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills within fast‑paced production settings.
Experience with pre‑production planning such as scheduling, scouting, props, and coordinating small crews.
Have an available online portfolio.
3 – 5 years of experience in content creation, videography, or creative production, with a portfolio showcasing still and video work.
Background in marketing or creative production; retail or consumer packaged goods experience is a plus.
Proven ability to create engaging social content and adapt to platform shifts and trends.
Familiarity with Whole Foods Market or Amazon Fresh branding.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $53,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
