Position Summary We’re seeking a full‑time Influencer Marketing Specialist for our Los Angeles‑based corporate office. Our Influencer Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a central role in planning and executing influencer campaigns and product seeding initiatives. You’ll own full‑cycle influencer campaign management — from talent sourcing and brief development to activation, paid amplification coordination, and performance analysis. You will also manage strategic seeding programs that build long‑term creator relationships and drive brand affinity.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage end to end influencer campaigns, including influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting, to ensure optimal outcomes for the brand
Oversee influencer-generated branded content to ensure adherence to campaign timelines and deliverables
Compile, analyze, and assess influencer marketing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and improvements
Manage ongoing monthly gifting efforts for influencers and VIP partners, including prospect identification, outreach, product shipment coordination, tracking, and reporting
Support influencer events by extending invitations, attending in person, and engaging with influencers and guests
Use tools such as Tribe Dynamics for social tracking, database management, and KPI reporting
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date influencer roster and records of brand partnerships
Provide support for additional influencer marketing initiatives and brand-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing; experience in the beauty category preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong relationship‑building ability
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical skills; able to make data‑driven decisions and extract business insights from campaign metrics
Proficient with major social platforms and current digital marketing trends
Comfortable with occasional travel
