Job Overview Hallmark Business Connections (HBC), a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, is seeking a
Product Marketing Manager
to be the voice of the customer and the driving force behind product adoption. In this role, you’ll craft compelling messaging, lead go‑to‑market strategies, and create impactful campaigns that accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop messaging & positioning: Create compelling product messaging that highlights unique value propositions and addresses customer pain points.
Strategy development: Build and execute product marketing strategies, including go‑to‑market plans for launches and updates. Provide sales teams with tools, collateral, and training.
Content creation & campaign management: Lead campaigns across digital, print, and events. Develop assets such as presentations, brochures, case studies, direct mail, email, tradeshows, and online content.
Collaboration: Partner with sales, product development, and creative teams to align efforts. Work closely with Product Owners to influence the roadmap and occasionally join client calls.
Data analysis: Measure and report on marketing performance, refine strategies, and improve adoption.
Market research & competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing (SaaS Marketing or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SaaS in the Insurance, Financial, Retail, Health Plan, Utility Industries and direct mail.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go‑to‑market strategies.
Project management skills: highly organized, able to prioritize effectively.
Experience in agile development environments.
Proven success in fast‑paced, collaborative settings.
Experience with platforms such as CommerceCloud, Klaviyo, SproutSocial.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with results‑oriented approach.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword‑driven content.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
