Key Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring timely and strategic posting.
Write and edit high‑quality, engaging content for social media posts and campaigns.
Oversee paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and creative direction.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate social media strategies with broader campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and content.
Experiment with new formats and strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards in all social media activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
Proven expertise in organic and paid social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in analytics tools for measuring and optimizing social media performance.
Experience with image editing tools such as Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices for social media in regulated industries.
