Our client, a growing name in the beauty and luxury space is seeking a Social Media Manager. This is a fulltime position that is remote flexible. LA based candidates preferred but open to remote for the right candidate (must be US based).

The Opportunity We’re looking for a creative, strategic social media professional to build and manage the brand’s social presence from the ground up. This role will bring the clinical-luxury brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube – balancing science-backed education with aspirational luxury aesthetics. You’ll also manage influencer outreach and seeding programs, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to own both social and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

Launch social channels for the brand and develop and execute content strategy across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Create and manage content calendar with 3-4 Reels/TikToks per week, maintaining cohesive luxury aesthetic

Manage community engagement with luxury service feel, responding to comments/DM’s

Track and report on KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic from social Influencer Marketing

Qualifications

5 years managing social media for beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle brands

Proven experience growing brand social accounts with measurable engagement and follower growth

Strong video content creation skills, comfortable producing Reels and TikToks with minimal production resources

Experience with influencer outreach and relationship management; existing beauty influencer relationships a plus

Excellent copywriting with ability to translate clinical/scientific concepts into engaging, accessible content

Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury positioning—understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency

Proficiency with social management and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Later, or similar)

Bonus Points

Experience with clinical, science-backed, or professional skincare brands

Familiarity with regenerative skincare and biotech beauty trends

Relationships with dermatologists, estheticians, or medical aesthetic professionals

Experience launching a brand’s social presence from scratch
