We are currently seeking a (Flexographic) Printing Press Operator to join our Minneapolis team. The successful candidate will have mechanical aptitude and will be responsible for operating a flexographic printing press. The candidate will need to be detail-oriented for set-up and adjusting the press to specific job requirements. They will work alongside others to safely produce quality printing while minimizing waste and maximizing output. The role also requires completing quality checks according to customer specifications, handling some lifting up to 40 pounds, and performing general maintenance. Additionally, the individual must be open to participating in a new Apprenticeship Training Program to train as an Envelope Machine Adjuster/Printer.
This is a union position (PPPWU Local 11M). The position will be assigned to the 3rd shift (Sunday‑Friday AM; 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM). A 3rd‑shift hourly differential of $0.95 will apply.
