Job Overview We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Azazie’s digital shopping experience, leading go to market strategy including market research, customer segmentation and competitive analysis ensuring our website experience, campaigns, and customer journeys drive measurable growth in engagement, conversion, and retention.
Responsibilities and Duties Website & Customer Experience Optimization
Define and execute website optimization strategies to improve UX, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with product managers and engineering team to launch and enhance features supporting marketing initiatives.
Conduct A/B tests, analyze site performance, and leverage insights to improve the end-to-end shopping journey.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in e-commerce and fashion.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine messaging, promotions, and product positioning.

Qualifications
BS in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce marketing, or digital marketing (fashion/apparel industry a plus).
Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing promotions and marketing performance.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
