Job Description The Senior UX Consultant is part of ServiceNow Impact, which personalizes each customer’s digital transformation journey. In this global customer‑success role you will help customers maximize the value of their ServiceNow implementations by focusing on the needs and abilities of their users. You will transform the way work gets done for customers who have implemented or plan to implement ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
Act as a ServiceNow User Experience (UX) subject‑matter expert and bring leading practices to help customers achieve their goals.
Virtually present and deliver UX accelerator coaching sessions to large enterprise customers.
Prepare all client‑facing and internal deliverables for UX coaching sessions.
Identify and drive process improvements, develop leading practices, and mentor junior team members.
Engage with customers and manage requests by scoping effort, fulfilling business requirements, and resolving escalations. Activities include:
Assess the usability of implemented solutions through UX reviews.
Recommend platform‑specific solutions in collaboration with Impact colleagues.
Craft design prototypes or demos to articulate a tailored user‑experience vision to customer stakeholders.
Present design concepts and solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams.
Provide thought leadership and team growth by mentoring and coaching early‑career team members.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant design/UX experience.
Experience with enterprise software, such as ServiceNow or other SaaS/PaaS solutions.
Demonstrated consulting skills and previous consulting experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; user‑focused, outcome‑driven approach.
Familiarity with collaboration, design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, FigJam, Miro, Mural, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
Growth mindset; eager to learn and tackle new challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer‑centric attitude, and experience working with cross‑functional teams and multi‑level stakeholders.
Will be required to work in the San Diego or Orlando office two days per week.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranges from $147,300 to $257,800, with equity (where applicable) and variable/incentive compensation. Benefits include health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time‑away and family leave programs. Compensation varies by geography and role level.
