Our tasting room, brand, and growing DTC business embody our belief that exceptional wine should be both luxurious and approachable.
We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to help lead Levendi into its next phase of growth.
Position Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and DTC channels. This role is both strategic and highly tactical. You will lead brand direction, plan campaigns, manage content calendars, and execute the day‑to‑day marketing operations that drive revenue, club growth, tasting room visitation, and brand awareness.
This role requires creativity, organization, wine‑industry intuition, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You will collaborate with ownership, the winemaking team, and our tasting room staff to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Creative Direction Maintain and evolve Levendi’s brand identity, storytelling, and voice across all channels. Oversee creative development for photography, video, packaging, and design projects. Ensure consistent brand representation across the tasting room, events, digital channels, and printed materials.
Digital Marketing & Content Manage Levendi’s social media presence, creating consistent, high‑quality content that aligns with brand goals and seasonal promotions. Build and maintain monthly marketing calendars spanning email, SMS, social, and e‑commerce. Write and design marketing assets including newsletters, campaigns, ads, landing pages, and web updates. Monitor digital analytics and optimize performance across paid and organic channels.
Email & SMS Marketing Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns for promotions, wine releases, events, and club communication. Segment audiences to drive higher conversion and personalized engagement. Measure campaign performance and continuously refine messaging for increased CTR/ROI.
E‑Commerce & Website Management Manage product pages, photography, tasting notes, SEO updates, and seasonal site changes. Build landing pages for promotions, tube bundles, club offers, and gift programs. Optimize the online shopping experience to increase conversion and AOV.
Wine Club & DTC Growth Support wine club growth through digital marketing, retention initiatives, referral programs, and targeted campaigns. Develop and execute strategies to drive tasting room visitation and conversions. Assist tasting room staff with promotional materials, signage, and event collateral.
Product Launches & Promotions Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Holiday promos, release announcements, vertical bundles, gift programs, etc.). Collaborate with ownership and winemaking on launches including marketing strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution. Manage influencer gifting, corporate gifting, and trade partner content needs.
Events & Partnerships Support winery events, release parties, corporate tastings, and off‑site activations. Assist in building partnerships with hospitality groups, influencers, wine clubs, and local businesses. Create event marketing assets and post‑event recap content.
Operational & Administrative Manage marketing budget and track spend across channels. Coordinate with vendors (designers, printers, photographers, etc.). Maintain brand assets, tasting notes, technical sheets, and content libraries. Coordinate any POS updates, signage needs, and tasting room collateral.
Qualifications 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in wine, luxury goods, hospitality, or CPG. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads. Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator). Strong writing, content creation, and brand storytelling skills. Proficiency with email/SMS platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WineDirect), social media tools, and CRM/e‑commerce systems. Experience managing social media channels with a creative, strategic approach. Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable improvements. Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
