Job Details Location: Remote (US‑based)

Type: Full‑time

About the Role As a Marketing Communications Specialist at MachineMetrics, you’ll play a key role in driving our brand presence and developing our community through social media, email marketing, and events. You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing multi‑channel communications across LinkedIn, YouTube, and email, with primary goals to grow our owned channels, increase engagement across our community, and generate event‑driven pipeline.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and enjoys blending creativity with data‑driven execution. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to shape and execute our community and event strategy.

With the importance of in‑person and virtual events in MachineMetrics’ GTM strategy, this is a critical role with significant growth potential. Our ideal candidate has experience managing events and communications but, more importantly, has a deep hunger to own and continuously improve these programs – with the opportunity to grow and expand responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, and events (both in‑person and virtual).

Manage MachineMetrics’ social media channels – scheduling posts, driving engagement, and building a consistent brand presence.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, announcements, and lead nurture sequences in HubSpot.

Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar to ensure timely planning, production, and promotion of content, webinars, and events.

Repurpose marketing assets (blogs, case studies, webinars) into engaging content for LinkedIn, email, and video using AI and creative tools.

Plan, coordinate, and promote MachineMetrics webinars – managing HubSpot workflows, registrations, reminders, and follow‑ups.

Lead the planning and execution of MachineMetrics‑owned and sponsored events, including logistics, vendor management, promotion, and attendee communications.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communications channels.

Track and report on key performance metrics across campaigns, driving continuous optimizations to improve engagement and results across our communication channels and events.

What You’ll Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1‑3 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably within SaaS or manufacturing technology.

Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages across multiple channels.

Proven experience managing social media and email campaigns, with a strong ability to repurpose content and drive engagement.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong project management skills.

Familiarity with or interest in AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
