What you will do in this role
Provides administrative support to Marketing Director and sales team
Maintains department’s budget
Scheduling and manage Director’s calendar
Build relationships and interacts with magazines and other print ad vendors
Manage positive relationships with all marketing vendors
Track and monitor website revisions
Patient scheduling in EMR, Centricity
Manage incoming inquiries through Website
Schedule department meetings
Run reports as needed
Assist patients as needed
