We’re looking for a Visual designer to join our product team and help create accessible, engaging educational games for students.
Our mission is to make learning joyful, inclusive, and playful for students of all ages. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with product designers, educators, artists, and developers to bring experiences to life.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with product designers and content creators to translate educational goals into interactive concepts and game flows.
Create high-quality UI designs for digital educational games.
Develop early-stage explorations, visual direction proposals, mood boards, and concept variations.
Design interactive elements and microinteractions that support clarity, usability, and playfulness.
Collaborate with illustrators and motion designers to bring ideas to life visually and through motion.
Prepare well-organized design files ready for prototyping and developer handoff.
Maintain consistency with our design system while contributing fresh ideas during ongoing discovery.
Ensure your designs align with WCAG accessibility standards and maintain platform consistency.
What We’re Looking For
Hands‑on experience in visual design, UI design, or interaction design, ideally with games, learning tools, or children’s products.
Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, color, and visual design principles.
Ability to create clear, playful, and accessible UI for a wide age range of learners.
Understanding of age‑appropriate design and design psychology.
Independence and proactivity.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with industry‑standard design tools.
Confidence in presenting your work, explaining design rationale, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Experience designing microinteractions or creating motion‑ready assets is a plus.
Experience in UI or graphic design is a plus.
English fluency is required; Polish fluency is a plus.
