Nov 23, 2025 - BruntWork is hiring a remote Graphic Designer. Location: LATAM, Africa, Eastern Europe, South‑eastern Asia.

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Vernon Time, CA (40 hrs per week)

Position Overview We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer based in South Korea to join our remote design team. You'll work closely with our Design and Sales team to create original t‑shirt designs for the US women's market (Southern States focus). This is a hands‑on design role where you'll have creative input while receiving guidance and feedback to develop your skills. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team working across time zones to bring fresh ideas to life.

What You'll Do Design Creation (Primary Focus)

Create original t‑shirt designs based on creative briefs, trend research, and customer insights

Design across multiple styles including typography‑based designs, illustrations, and graphic compositions

Develop design concepts from initial sketches through final print‑ready artwork

Create multiple colorway variations and mockups for each approved design

Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for print‑on‑demand and DTG production

Prepare final files with proper resolution, color modes, and file formats (AI, PNG, PSD)

Collaboration & Communication

Participate in weekly team creative meetings to brainstorm concepts and review work (via video call)

Receive and implement feedback from Designers and Sales to refine designs and improve skills

Communicate project status, questions, and creative ideas clearly via Slack, email, or project management tools

Share design process, inspiration sources, and work‑in‑progress drafts for team feedback

Collaborate with your fellow South Korea‑based designer to maintain consistent quality and support each other

Learning & Growth

Study design performance data to understand what resonates with customers and improve future work

Research design trends in women's apparel, social media aesthetics, and US pop culture

Develop your understanding of the US women's market through observation and feedback

Continuously improve technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, typography, illustration, and print production

Required Qualifications

2‑5 years of professional graphic design experience (or strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (primary tool) and Photoshop

Portfolio showcasing design versatility: typography, illustration, and/or graphic design work

Understanding of file preparation for print production (vector artwork, resolution, color modes)

Basic to intermediate English communication skills (reading, writing, video calls)

Reliable internet connection and appropriate computer setup for remote design work

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Open to feedback and eager to learn from creative direction

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Previous experience designing apparel, t-shirts, or merchandise

Illustration skills (hand‑drawn, digital, or both)

Understanding of US culture, social media trends, or women's fashion

Experience with Figma, Procreate, Blender, or other design tools

Familiarity with print‑on‑demand platforms or DTG printing specifications

Interest in AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL‑E) for inspiration and concepting

Previous remote work experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
