PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) PenFed Home Marketing Manager in San Antonio, Texas or Tysons, Virginia. The Manager will assist the marketing strategy for an integrated home buying and home financing experience, combining the financial strength of PenFed Credit Union (PFCU) with PenFed Realty. This role coordinates the execution of the strategy and go‑to‑market plan and supports full‑funnel marketing for our offering, PenFed Home. Responsibilities

Lead the overall product marketing strategy for PenFed Home, including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C go‑to‑market strategies and communication touchpoints for new product offerings or promotions Drive ongoing marketing support and optimization across channels (digital media, traditional direct mail, partnerships, sponsorships, events/experiences, and promotions) to deliver on business goals Manage program updates and reporting with key partners, including legal and compliance, while balancing competing priorities Support Relationship Management with sales enablement and sales support materials, including administration of marketing technologies Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, digital experience, product, analytics, compliance, etc.) to ensure consistency and alignment Support meetings, presentations, webinars and marketing communications, preparing materials and coordinating logistics Contribute to the annual campaign calendar, managing stakeholder deployment dates, messaging, and testing to align with KPIs and budget Manage the marketing budget for PenFed Home activities, requesting additional funding as needed Coordinate and update associated budget, ensuring alignment with branding and reporting on campaign effectiveness Assist in assessing campaign results to drive decision‑making and marketing recommendations Intake data and insights from multiple sources, distilling into actionable offers and plans that meet member and market needs Work with business analytics and campaign analytics teams to craft campaign criteria and compare results to projected KPIs Support development of marketing plans to internal stakeholders Make data‑driven decisions while considering member needs and mindset Incorporate feedback from other teams objectively into overall strategy Assist with other product marketing projects as needed Travel to and attend PenFed sponsored events as required *This role is responsible for ensuring business continuity.* Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience with integrated, go‑to‑market marketing campaigns leveraging digital and traditional channels for B2C and B2B audiences Experience with marketing technologies, including marketing automation; Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus Experience in product marketing strategy and project management principles; Asana a plus Strong writing and presentation skills, supporting leadership meetings with research and reporting on campaign findings Strong work ethic and enthusiastic team player Self‑starter, able to collaborate, prioritize, and meet deadlines Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries a plus Supervisory Responsibility

This position will not supervise employees. Licenses and Certifications
