Marketing & Sales Director – UMC Collingswood, NJ
United Methodist Communities (UMC) is a 5‑Star full‑service senior living community located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ. We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Director to lead local marketing and sales efforts for our senior service properties.
Responsibilities
Improving and maintaining occupancy rates through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Building relationships and developing referrals with residents, families and community partners.
Overseeing the daily management of local marketing and sales operations.
Achieving established sales and occupancy goals using UMC’s endorsed sales process.
Developing and executing the community marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and Communications.
Conducting market competitive analysis, including market conditions and competitive services/products.
Qualifications
High school education required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
3‑year minimum, 7‑year preferred sales experience in the hospitality or senior service industry, with a focus on CCRC, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing.
Working knowledge of MS Office and sales‑process software.
CMP (Certified Marketing Professional) certification preferred.
