The Designer will be responsible for designing women's product within the Women’s RLX and World of Sport categories.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design functions within the Women’s RLX line with attention to critical design dates and key milestones.
Research the market as it pertains to product, trim and graphic/ techniques. Create inspiration boards.
Oversee development of all trims and graphics.
In collaboration with the Concept Design team, receive direction, inspiration/rig from CD to prepare for seasonal kickoff.
Create CADs according to design briefs and line plans.
Create design boards for design presentation to design leadership.
Choose/provide development direction for fabrication, components, trims, yarns.
Create layouts for graphics.
Choose and finalize prints.
Approve prototype for aesthetics.
Attend required fittings and partner with technical teams on garment fits & adjustments.
Salary Salary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
Experience designing women's sportswear, knits, performance knits, activewear.
Proficient in hand sketching, illustration, CAD.
Proven ability to lead the team to create a design offering that captures the vision of creative direction and is aligned with commercial merchandising strategy.
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level.
