As we scale across Florida, we’re bringing on a motivated Social Media Coordinator to support our daily content engine and help elevate the brand’s presence across all platforms.
Role Overview The Social Media Coordinator will manage day-to-day content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms, ensuring Affect Vodka shows up consistently, creatively, and in real time. This role blends hands‑on content creation with strong organization and a genuine feel for culture.
Key Responsibilities Daily Content Management
Manage and publish daily content across all platforms
Maintain and update the weekly content calendar
Post real‑time content during events, promotions, and activations
Content Creation & Editing
Capture mobile‑first videos/photos at events, tastings, nightlife venues
Edit Reels, TikToks, and short‑form content using CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
Support brand storytelling through consistent visuals and tone
Community Engagement
Monitor comments, tags, and DMs daily
Engage with followers, partners, talent, and on‑premise accounts
Identify UGC and opportunities for amplification
Trend Awareness & Culture Strategy
Identify emerging trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments
Bring weekly content ideas to enhance performance
Support influencer seeding, outreach, and tracking
Qualifications
Passion for social media, nightlife, and culture
Basic mobile content creation and editing skills
Highly organized with strong follow‑through
Comfortable with some nights/weekends for events
Coachable, proactive, and eager to grow
