Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the content strategy while defining brand voice and editorial standards
Build, manage, and mentor the content team, overseeing editorial calendars and production workflows
Use analytics to measure content performance and drive audience engagement, subscriptions, and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field; Master's is a plus
7-10 years of significant experience in content, editorial, or publishing roles with leadership experience preferred
Strong editorial judgment and experience with content strategy and multi-channel publishing
Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision making for content
Comfort with technology and publishing tools, along with a creative mindset for innovation
