An established luxury brand is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Director to refine its image, scale its reach, and engage a discerning high‑net‑worth clientele. You'll build on a strong foundation, enhancing brand touchpoints, increasing visibility, and delivering unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Strategy

Own the brand narrative and marketing plans (quarterly and annual).

Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and assets.

Events & Experiential

Lead curated events like private unveilings, art/wine salons, track days, and member previews.

Manage all aspects from concept and budgeting to execution and follow‑up.

Create immersive, effortless experiences for high‑end guests.

PR & Communications

Develop editorial calendars and luxury‑aligned story angles.

Secure media coverage in luxury, automotive, real estate, and wealth‑focused outlets.

Prepare press kits, bios, and talking points.

Social Media & Content

Set the tone and schedule for Instagram, LinkedIn, and video/short‑form platforms.

Maintain a steady stream of polished content—member stories, behind‑the‑scenes, event highlights.

Oversee community engagement and influencer relationships with tact and speed.

Analyze performance and experiment with formats to boost visibility and engagement.

Digital & Growth Marketing

Shape website and landing page messaging for credibility, exclusivity, and conversion.

Oversee paid and owned campaigns (search, social, e‑mail/SMS).

Coordinate with sales to optimize lead capture and follow‑up.

Manage SEO/SEM and collaborate with creatives and vendors.

Partnerships & Community

Develop strategic alliances in luxury, art, automotive, finance, and private club spaces.

Plan joint activations and experiences that attract high‑quality prospects.

Leadership & Operations

Manage vendors and freelancers; oversee budgets and reporting dashboards.

Maintain top‑tier brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Requirements

6+ years in brand, marketing, or growth—ideally within luxury, hospitality, automotive, lifestyle, or private clubs.

Demonstrated experience producing high‑end events for affluent audiences.

Solid track record in PR and media relations.

Skilled in social strategy, production oversight, analytics, and community engagement.

Well‑versed in digital marketing, SEO, partnerships, and content.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) — required.

Willing and able to work full‑time on‑site in Doral, FL.

Bonus Points

Networked in luxury/automotive/UHNW communities.

Experience with property launches, membership programs, or private clubs.

Familiarity with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation tools.
