Base pay range $90,250.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Job Description Chase Travel is seeking a data-driven, omnichannel strategy marketer for the role of Senior Associate, Performance Marketing - Chase Travel. As a Senior Associate, Performance Marketing within Chase Travel, you will lead strategy creation, audience targeting, and creative development to drive Chase Travel engagement and sales, with a keen focus on new booker adoption. You will be responsible for campaigns across emails, web, mobile, digital entry points, and paid search, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class timely, personalized, and content-rich marketing.
Job Responsibilities
Own the strategy and build of personalized, timely marketing campaigns to drive travel sales and engagement.
Identify key target audiences and leverage data-driven insights to build and optimize audience trigger-based logic across eligible Chase cards.
Develop creative assets and orchestrate campaigns across email, chase.com, and mobile channels.
Lead paid search strategy for Chase Travel in partnership with Paid Search team, maximizing performance via bid optimization, incrementality testing, creative builds, and audience expansion.
Manage digital channel messaging within the Chase ecosystem, including orchestration, analysis, and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with product, card, operations, digital channels, and execution marketing teams on campaign strategy and creative development.
Partner with finance, data & analytics, and data science teams on experimentation, business forecasting, and campaign measurement.
Drive experimentation and test-and-learn approaches across channels to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Identify new business opportunities proactively and integrate them into marketing plans.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
5+ years of experience in results-driven digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience building and launching personalized, behavior-based campaigns.
Experience with paid search or paid media; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop new strategies and drive cross-functional execution.
Experience in omnichannel marketing activations and driving sales through digital channels.
Proficient in analyzing marketing performance and leveraging performance dashboards to proactively identify channel and messaging optimizations.
Highly collaborative, self-starter, and able to proactively identify and solve business challenges.
Holistic thinker with experience partnering with Product, Operations and Execution teams.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Master’s degree.
Experience in the Travel Industry highly preferred.
