Compensation Total Compensation: Up to $180,000 per year. Base: $100,000 per year. Bonus: up to $80,000 per year (paid per quarter).
Responsibilities
Lead the Outreach and Marketing teams.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive referrals, increase admissions, and enhance community engagement.
Develop and maintain referral partnerships with inpatient psychiatric and detox facilities, hospitals, primary care providers, and other key stakeholders in the behavioral health network.
Lead local outreach initiatives, including in-person meetings, presentations, and community engagement to grow referral base.
Create digital marketing strategies – paid ads, SEO, social media, content marketing – to increase brand awareness and inquiries.
Collaborate with executive leadership, admissions, and clinical staff to align marketing efforts with operational goals and patient needs; provide regular reporting on referral trends and marketing performance.
Help shape and elevate the company’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring mission and clinical excellence are communicated.
Qualifications
3+ years of online marketing and business development leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare.
Strong network and experience working directly with inpatient psychiatric or detox hospitals.
Demonstrated success building strategic referral relationships and community engagement.
Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, CRM tools, and marketing analytics.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
