Schedule
7 days on, 7 days off, and 24/7 live‑in while on shift. Domestic and international travel three to four times per year for up to three weeks at a time is required.
Children 2 and 5 year olds.
Duties The Candidate will oversee all aspects of the children's care, including overnight care, driving children, planning and attending activities and classes with the children, running errands and shopping for the children, maintaining a thorough log of the children's week (including routines, temperaments, changes, etc.), preparing meals and snacks for the children, doing the children's laundry, and light tidying related to the children. Domestic and international travel three to four times per year for up to three weeks at a time is required.
Requirements Candidates must have a minimum of three to four years of full‑time Nanny experience with one family, experience as a live‑in Nanny or in a schedule with long hours, and experience traveling domestically and internationally with families. A Candidate with ROTA experience and experience working in a formal household setting and reporting to a Manager is highly preferred. The Candidate must be comfortable working in a multistaffed environment and be an excellent, responsive communicator with Parents and other staff members. The ideal Candidate has experience with children ranging in age from infants to school age and has a background in Early Childhood Education or Child Development. Candidate must be able to provide top level care, age appropriate activities with knowledge of milestones and a focus on learning and development. Ideal Candidate is also loving, energetic, engaging, creative, caring and professional. Candidate must be proactive, resourceful, organized, and thoughtful in their approach. Candidate must ensure safety as the top priority and must swim. Candidate must be tech savvy and able to use various platforms for communication, logging data and information, and tracking milestones. Candidate must drive; Family can provide a vehicle while working. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations including COVID, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations. The family is considering local Candidates only at this time.
Salary range $130000 - $140000
Benefits This position offers full medical benefits (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance), paid vacation time, paid sick time, 401k, an annual discretionary performance bonus, and guaranteed year-round pay. Taxes will be withheld from the salary.
