We are seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Designer responsible for conceptualizing, designing, managing, and delivering exceptional interior solutions for highly branded, themed, graphic, and experiential projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work with clients to discuss goals and objectives and provide creative and innovative design solutions.
Develop interior hospitality environments that cater to brand identity, guest experience, safety, and operations across markets such as sports and entertainment, mixed‑use commercial, multifamily residential, and retail.
Produce conceptual, technical, and constructible drawings, specifications, and documentation with little assistance and direct others as needed.
Lead not only creative and innovative design solutions but also the proficiency and efficiency of interior design team members.
Tutor and mentor junior staff, delegating tasks clearly and concisely with minimal assistance.
Collaborate with project architects, managers, marketing, engineers, subconsultants, vendors, and design partners, communicating frequently and effectively.
Create and maintain fee and project budgets; perform project management tasks to deliver projects within budget and client expectations.
Participate in marketing and business development efforts, producing visual aids, written proposals, and interviews.
Engage in staffing and work‑planning efforts regularly.
Stay current with the latest experience‑design trends, technologies, and concepts to ensure innovative solutions.
Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring each project delivers a unique and unforgettable experience.
Occasional travel required.
Qualifications and Certification
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from a 4‑year CIDA‑accredited program.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial interiors with a concentration in hospitality design.
NCIDQ Certification.
State Certification or Registration.
Additional certifications such as WBI or LEED AP are a plus.
Skills and Abilities
Expert proficiency in Revit and experience with AutoCAD.
Good understanding of SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Advanced leadership and project management skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Comprehensive understanding of all phases of design and construction.
Ability to work quickly, effectively, efficiently, and within project timelines and budgets; ability to manage support teams accordingly.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and delegation abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Well‑developed visualization skills for conveying intent of ideas quickly both verbally and visually.
Enjoys working in a team setting and sharing knowledge and ideas with others.
Advanced ability to create constructible technical documents.
Proven experience designing interiors for hospitality projects.
Creative, forward‑thinking, and passionate about creating immersive experiences.
