Field Sales & Marketing Representative (MSR) – Houston, TX

Duties and Responsibilities
Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class Business to Consumer sales and customer service to The Home Depot customers.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through merchandising, optimal product placement, and store reset activities, leveraging data analytics.
Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to work independently within your assigned market.
Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team to enhance in‑store execution.
Effectively manage inventory levels through down‑stocking and maintain product accessibility.
Participate in merchandising resets to keep TTI’s products on the cutting edge.
Job / Employment Requirements
At least 21 years of age; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Pass drug screening and motor‑vehicle report screening.
Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year and reliable personal vehicle with insurance.
Capable of traveling to store locations and occasional air travel.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and maneuver small objects.
Work nights, weekends, and retail hours full time with standing.
Self‑motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Proficient in MS Office; multilingual skills preferred.
Formal higher education preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Relocation may be required for future promotion.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly: $24.04 – $25.96, target annual salary $50,000 – $54,000.
Sales contests and incentives.
Vehicle allowance $400/month (pre‑tax).
