This position assists the Music Business and Industry program with facilities maintenance which includes but is not limited to studio equipment installation, facility preparation, and recording session assistance. Students must have completed or be enrolled in MBI-2170 Introduction to Audio Engineering. Ensure all MBI facilities are ready for student use, check equipment for damage, make sure all equipment is in working order, and do whatever odd jobs and general maintenance is required to keep facilities open and running. Knowledge of the MBI facilities and the state they are required to be in prior to a session and basic recording assistant etiquette.
